The FZW Chaos Tag Team Championships were the tag titles in the Forum Zone Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion's Chaos brand. The first champions were crowned in a triple threat tag team match between The VaudeVillains, The All Night Xpress, and The Dudley Boyz. The All Night Xpress won the titles in that match on December 6, 2015 at FZW: Quest for the Gold. The last champions were The Dudley Boyz who won the titles after defeating The All Night Xpress at FZW: Ultimate 2016.
