The FZW Havok Championship was the top title in the Forum Zone Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion's Havok brand. The first champion was determined in a poll format. Walter Scott defeated Bryce Kanyon and Jessica Clark for the vacant title in a Triple Threat match. The Championship was last held by "The God of FZW" Keith Austin who won the title after defeating "Big Evil" Vader on December 6, 2015 at FZW: Quest for the Gold.
Being a professional wresting championship, it is not win via direction competition; it is instead won by via a predetermined ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a wrestling angle. There have been 13 reigns by 10 wrestlers with two vacancies.
