The FZW World Heavyweight Championship is the top title in the Forum Zone Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion. The first champion was determined in a unification match. FZW Chaos Champion Jason Russo defeated FZW Havok Champion Keith Austin for the vacant title on April 3, 2016 at FZW: Emergence. The title is currently held by Seth Rollins, who won the title against Ryan Knight in the main event of FZW: New Blood Rising 2.
