The first champions were crowned in a unification match between the FZW Chaos Tag Team Champions The Dudley Boyz and the FZW Havok Tag Team Champions The Cross Country Copperheads. The Cross Country Copperheads won the titles in that match on April 3, 2016 at FZW: Emergence. The titles are currently held by God's Greatest Gifts, who won them against American Alpha at FZW: Damage Control.
