The FZW Havok Tag Team Championships were the tag titles in the Forum Zone Wrestling fantasy wrestling promotion's Havok brand. The first champions were crown in a triple threat ladder match between 2 Sick Syndicate, The Turnbuckle Boyz, and The Deserted. 2 Sick Syndicate won the titles in that match on March 10, 2012 at FZW Ultimate. The last champions were The Cross Country Copperheads who won the titles after defeating The Cousins of Mayhem at FZW: Ultimate 2016.
