The GCW Brutal Championship is the secondary title in GCW. It was first won by Bluntman in the original GCW. At Vendetta Amon defeated Bluntman to become the second Brutal Champion. On the 2nd episode of GCW Mayhem after its return, The Hoes of Authorit debuted a new design for the Brutal Championship.
