The RWA Extreme Championship is a championship of the Rage Wrestling Association fantasy wrestling promotion and this title is only defended under extreme rules. The first champion was determined at Cybermania 2 in a Fatal Four Way Extreme Rules Elimination Match. The current champion is Strider Hiryu who defeated Johnny Chaos on the 86th episode of Super Rage.
